Q: When would I receive the photos?
Generally we ask for up to 7 days (just to be safe) to get the photos ready for you to view. But in practise we usually get them ready sooner. Like in 3 to 4 days. We can also offer an option where we get your photos ready in 12 hours for an additional charge.

Q: Is the deposit refundable?
In most cases the deposit is not refundable. This is because we have added you into our diary and held that spot for you.

Q: What if you can’t make it on the day?
I work with a large team of wonderful photographers from all across the city. So even I am not able to make it there myself, I will get someone from my team to cover this. There I nothing to worry, as usually I will make a WhatsApp group and all the information into it. I will also be there on the group for quick and easy comms.

Q: Do you cover outside London?
Yes we do cover shoots outside London. But depending on the distance the pricing may change to include travel and time.

Q: Can I get the raw unedited photos as well?
Yes you can purchase the full set of raw unedited photos. This usually costs £50, but for larger shoots this may vary.

Q: What if I wanted more than the included photos?
Easy. Extra photos can be purchased at £5 each, for buy them all for £100 sent on a USB drive and also sent as a download link in an email.

Q: Do you offer prints?
Yes – I do offer prints. Prices vary depending on the number of photos and sizes of the prints required.

Q: Can you do albums?
Yes we can do beautiful albums. The most popular type that we do is photo books. Prices range from the quality of the covers to the number of pages in the book.

Q: How do you send the photos?
Your processed photos would be sent to you to view on a secure online gallery. The chosen photos would then be sent to you as a download link via email. If you chose to purchase all the images, then the full set would be sent you on a USB in the post and also as a single download link via email. This would be two sets of photos: a full set in high resolution and also a full set in low resolution.

The online gallery would also be unlocked and the large watermarks would be removed. With an unlocked gallery, you would be able to download low res photos directly from the gallery.

Please note the access code would still remain active and you would need to enter it in order to view the photos online. So, if you decide to share the gallery with family or friends, please make sure you share the access code as well.

Q: If I book for several hours, can I get a discount?
Yes – with longer booking we may be able to give you a discount. If not on the photography price, then at least on the cost of all photos on USB. Kindly note that we try to keep our prices are low and reasonable as possible. This also includes our travel time, shooting and editing time as well as time it takes to process the booking; communicate, advertise and process payments.

Q: Do you accept card payments?
Yes we accept most card types via online payment gateways.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?
We try to offer as much flexibility as possible. So yes, you are free to cancel at any time all the way up to 48 hours before the shoot. But please note that in most cases the deposit is non-refundable.

Q: Do you drive?
Yes I do drive. And because I drive, I am able to cover shoots all over London and to some distance outside London. Please note however that you must ensure we’ve got adequate parking and also cover any parking charges.

Q: What’s included in the package?
In most cases you get only digital photos. This would be two sets of photos: a full set in high resolution and also a full set in low resolution.

Q: Can you sign as a witness at our civil ceremony?
Yes! I would be delighted to do so.

Q: Do you do video as well?
Yes – we offer a wide range of videography services. From promo style highlight video clips to longer detailed videos. We also cover longer events with dedicated XLR audio into fed directly into the camera. Please contact me to learn more about our video services.

Q: Do you have a teleprompter?
Yes – we have a large, easy to read teleprompter with an iPad Pro. The software can scroll the text at a set speed or even move along as you read using amazing voice recognition software.

Q: Do you have a photo booth?
We’ve got a lovely little PhotoPod. It requires a minimal amount of space; roughly as small as 1x2 m. It give unlimited prints throughout the booking. Each print has 3 photos onto with a small area at the top for your logo or event details. Please visit the PhotoPod page here
