Introduction

I am Alessia, an Italian photographer based in London. I took my first picture when I was 11. My mum taught me how to hold my camera, which film to choose and to be patient and wait for the perfect moment before taking the picture. I love the way the camera allows you to create a connection between you and subject that you are photographing. This is one of the reasons why I enjoy working with people, and I have chosen to work mainly in fashion and portrait photography. 

Experience

Since when I've graduated I have been assisting several photographers, first in Milan and Venice and then in London. I have gained experience in working for magazines and clients in the fashion industry as well as private clients for a different kind of portraiture photography, from headshots to corporate and more.

Education

I have studied in Milan at the Italian Insitute of Photography and I have a degree in Professional Photography..
